During our stay for a short weekend getaway in Brooklyn, we appreciated the friendly front desk staff who made check-in a breeze. The continental breakfast offered a great variety and the room was clean and neatly arranged. Although there were minor inconveniences with the TV remote and AC, overall it was a pleasant stay. The easy access to nearby attractions like the Brooklyn Children's Museum added to the convenience of our trip.

While the room had some issues like a broken headboard, limited towels, and lack of light, the comfy bed and convenient parking were highlights. The staff, especially room service, was attentive and the breakfast was a hit with my kids. Despite a few hiccups, the overall experience was positive.

arena was clean and the staff were super friendly. it's close to metro and taxis - so getting around is easy. the street may not be the best - but it's the top spot in the area. the breakfast was decent, and the fresh fruit was on point. the young woman even helped my wife back to our room with breakfast.
